Item PM392, G. E. BRIGGS, medium blue with a smoky or grayish hue, Open Pontil, 6” high, inward rolled lip, retains 98% of the original label, retains the original cork and red sealing wax. The glass has good crudeness with surface texture and some whittle, the contents have evaporated leaving a little residue in the base. The bottle is in pristine perfect condition. The label states that this product was a hair restorer, could prevent hair from falling out and dandruff remover.
