Item CMS05, PITKIN FLASK,16 Ribs Broken Swirled to the Right, rich emerald green, Open Pontil, sheared lip, 6 ¼” high, nice crudeness with hundreds of stretched and elongated bubbles in the glass, has a tiny in-making (1/4”) rough spot on a rib on the shoulder where something disturbed the glass before it had cooled, otherwise perfect condition, an excellent example in a scarce and beautiful color, America, probably Mid-Atlantic region, circa 1790 to 1820, Ed and Kathy Gray collection, $1,900
