Item BT449, C-80, CASTILIAN BITTERS, amber, bold embossing, large attractive applied lip, has four tiny flakes on the outside vertical part of the lip, the largest being 1/8”, it also has some very faint areas of inside haze from the contents. This is an attic type bottle not dug or cleaned. The general appearance of this bottle is great and you have to look closely to find the minor defects. From New York City circa 1860 to 1880, $800
