Item PM199, GENUINE - SWAIMS / PANACEA - PHILADELPHIA, aqua, Open Pontil, rectangular with concave corners, 7 ¾" high, tapered applied top, very whittled. Has some inside haze from the contents and a tiny (1/16") partially open bubble in the bottom edge of the applied top, otherwise perfect. A nice example of this early bottle.
