Item PM122, DR TOWNSEND'S - SARSAPARILLA - ALBANY / N.Y., olive green, deeply indented base with Sand Chip Pontil, nice crude tapered applied top, large bold lettering, 1,000's of tiny to medium size bubbles in the glass. A tiny flake on the outside of the lip may have been buffed. Also a tiny (1/8") spot of roughness at a corner on the underside on the base. Despite the two minor flaws this is a nice example of an early Dr Townsend's bottle. $325
