When you receive the item, if you are not happy with it, contact us within 3 days. To be returned, the item must be in the same condition as it was when it was received. We will get back to you and arrange for a refund less shipping fees. If the item has unlisted damage or has been inaccurately described, we will refund the entire amount.

 

Our Prices

In some cases, we have some room to negotiate on our prices. Please feel free to make an offer, or ask for our best price. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Pennsylvania residents must pay a 6% sales tax unless they have a Pennsylvania tax number.

Payment Options

We accept money orders, personal checks, bank checks and Pay Pal. We may wait for personal checks to clear. If you pay with Pay Pal, we will charge an additional 2% for in-country sales and 3% for out of country sales, to cover some of the Pay Pal fees.

 

Shipping In The US

We ship Priority, Certified or Registered mail using the US Postal Service. Shipping insurance is purchased by us through our business insurance and will be billed at US Postal Service rates.

 

Shipping Outside The US

We recommend Express Mail International through the US Postal Service. They estimate delivery in 3 to 5 days and insurance is available. For example, a 3 pound package to Australia is $36 for shipping, and $1000 of insurance is $3.45.

 

Layaways

We welcome layaways. Our payment plan calls for a minimum of 25% nonrefundable deposit, with the payment period to be determined at the time of purchase. The maximum layaway period is 6 months.
